Tip: Try singing with a guitar and moving along with your kids.

Wiggy Wiggy Wiggles

I got the wiggy wiggy wiggles and I can't slow down
The squizzy squizzy squirmies, got to move around
The busy busy buzzies like a buzzin' fly
The silly willy nillies and I don't know why.

I got the jiggy jiggy jiggles and I can't sit still
The shiver shiver shakies like a fever chill
The fidgy fidgy fidgets and I'm flippin' out
Golly golly jeepers got to jump about.

And my mommy and my daddy and my teachers say
"Calm down, cool down, Hey Hey Hey!
You drive me crazy crackers when you act this way
Slow down, slow down, slow down, slow down."

Everybody Touch Your Head

Everybody touch your head.
Now touch your toes.
Everybody touch your legs.
Now touch your tummy.

Roll your arms up.
And roll your arms down.
Roll your arms up.
And shake them all around.

Wake up and stretch

Wake up and stretch
Rub sleep from your eyes
Get out of bed
I’ve got a surprise
We’ve got to move
Our work’s cut out
No matter the weather
We’re gonna shout Hey
It’s time to make a bright new day

Hurry get dressed
Brush your hair too
Breakfast is ready
And so are you
We’ve got to move
Our work’s cut out
No matter the weather
We’re gonna shout Hey
It’s time to make a bright new day

Go brush your teeth
Grab books and lunch box
School bus is coming
This day really rocks
We’ve got to move
Our work’s cut out
No matter the weather
We’re gonna shout Hey
It’s time to make a bright new day
Hey it’s time to make a bright new day

Clap our hands together

Let's clap our hands together,
Let's clap our hands together.
Let's clap our hands together,
Because it's fun to do.

Additional verses:
Let's blink our eyes together.
Let's blink and clap together.
Let's slap our knees together.
Let's wiggle our heads together.
Let's drop our jaws together.
Let's twist and shout together.
Let's swing and sway together.

Let's clap our hands together,
No matter what the weather.
You'd better clap
Or you'll be in trouble.

So let's clap on the double

Move fast, Move slow

Move fast, move slow
Move fast, move slow
All around the world you can see things go --
Fast and slow

Clap, clap, clap your hands as fast as you can
Clap, clap, clap your hands as slow as you can

Tap, tap, tap your knees as fast as you can
Tap, tap, tap your knees as slow as you can

Shake, shake, shake your hips as fast as you can
Shake, shake, shake your hips as slow as you can

Chorus:
Move fast, move slow
Move fast, move slow
All around the world you can see things go --
Fast and slow

Bend, bend, bend your knees as fast as you can
Bend, bend, bend your knees as slow as you can

Swim, swim, swim as fast as you can
Swim, swim, swim as slow as you can

Run, run, run as fast as you can
Run, run, run as slow as you can

Your vocal cords may give out after singing this much, but your kids will get an ample warm up before they run out to the commercial playground equipment for their regular activities.
